About Me
Max is one of germanys up-and-coming pro-drummers and was already a preparatory student in the jazz department at University of Music Saar whilst still at school. At the same time he was taking lessons with Claus Hessler, who later became his major influence during his studies with him at BfSM Dinkelsbühl. After graduation he moved to Hamburg and participated in the Popkurs at HfMT Hamburg. At just 24 years old and due to his stylistic versatility he already toured Germany, Europe and China. Dom Famularo (Drummings Global Ambassador) once said about him: “Max is definitely the next generation of great drummers!”.
Max currently lives in Mannheim, where he studied at the renowned Popakademie. He has worked with artists such as Elif, Loi, Ray Dalton, Julia Biel and was part of several TV-productions. Max is an endorser for Sabian Cymbals and Mapex Drums.

In my studio I have a miced drumkit ready to track on one of your songs.
I use high-end preamps and state of the art microphones such as AKG C414, MD421, different Ribbon Mics etc. that i choose depending on the sonic aspects of your song. I own drum kits from different eras like the 60´s, 70´s, but also modern drumkits to offer the best fitting sound for your production.
